Malay Food: Mee Bandung Muar
 Malaysia food and cuisine-Mee Bandung Muar


 Ingredients:

½ kg of noodles
20 dried chillies
5 cloves of garlic
5 shallots
½ cup dried shrimp in a cup of boiled water
½ cup live shrimp
½ cup fresh squid
1 cup of boiled meat
Mustard (measures follow like)
¼ cup granulated sugar
3-4 cups beef broth
A little salt and seasoning powder
Egg
A little oil for frying
Fishball / fishcake / radius crab
Celery / onion sliced

Ways to cook:

1. Blend ingredients until smooth marked with
2. Saute the blended ingredients to cook.
3. Add shrimp, squid, beef stew, fishball and fishcake.
4. Then add the beef broth and a little salt and seasoning powder and sugar. Let me briefly to a boil.
5. Then add the mustard and the radius of crabs and other vegetables (optional).
6. Last of all break the eggs gently into the sauce and leave to cook. Garnish with celery / onion.
