Ingredients:
1.5kg beef sirloin trimmed...washing and drained
1 packet of soup bunjut
3 seed potatoes cut 4
1/2 cut out like rubber seed
leaves chopped onion soup
fried onions

Saute ingredients:
7 shallots
5 cloves garlic
1 large onion
2 inch ginger
3 stalks parsley roots
2 stalks lemon grass bruised
1 cinnamon stick
5 star anise
2 tablespoons black pepper creamed mashed beans
salt and ajinomoto.

WAYS 1
boiled meat with bunjut soup pot over low heat.
bahan2 mashed with an asterisk...Heat oil in saute pan...material which has been pounded and sauteed bahan2 to another until golden brown...cover fire...
enter into a pot of braised meat. Cook meat until soft, taste salt to taste and charm.
When potatoes, when potatoes are already soft rubber insert.
Serve soup in bowls and sprinkle with parsley and onions fried onions.

HOW 2
1) provide a saucepan, add the chopped meat with a pot full of water. Bring to a boil. When water dh less follows the boil, then add water, until the meat is tender ye. Don; t give up. I can meat baskets feast of sacrifice, the stew just 1hr.

2) after the meat is tender, add the white pepper which has been finely crushed with soup bunjut / cinnamon.

3) The milled material was put into a pot of ginger + garlic + ginger.

4) add water a nd simmer again until fragrant.

5) season with salt and sugar (I do not cook for ajinamoto).
