Honey Roasted Chicken (Ayam panggang bermadu)

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 inch ginger
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper (if you like more can be added)
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil (if there is no olive oil, co
    oking oil shall).

Wash the chicken thoroughly and then dry it with a little chicken using kitchen tissue (we do not want the chicken was very moist, because later he was reluctant to dry). 

Punch partially pulverized materials marked, mix the pepper sauce, oyster sauce, honey, sugar and salt. Stir well. Smear on the chicken. Pour a little olive oil (olive oil), flat sweep in chickens. Marinate briefly (5-10 minutes).



Honey Roasted Chicken Cooking Method:
